1. By finalizing your order, you acknowledge you have read, understand, and agree to honor all information stated below and any additional information specific to the product's description.

2. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information!! 

Packages returned to me in an unopened state due to your mistake in providing a sufficient and correct shipping address may be refunded (minus the cost of shipping) and the item will be resold! I will contact you before I refund the order to give you a chance to respond. If you want me to send it again, you will have to pay for shipping a second time.

 

3. You are also responsible for understanding the policies and condition regarding your P.O. box, shared inbox, or other mailbox.

If you live in an apartment complex or other housing situation with shared mailboxes I CANNOT OFFER REPLACEMENTS IF YOUR PACKAGE IS "DELIVERED" .... Please, please, PLEASE contact neighbors and your local USPS office before telling me your package was delivered but did not make it to you.

HOWEVER, if a package is returned to me in an unopened state because your post office will not hold your packages, or you cannot receive packages to your mailbox, you will be refunded (minus the cost of shipping) and the item will be resold! But I will contact you before I refund the order to give you a chance to respond. In this situation, if you want me to send it again, you will have to pay for shipping a second time.

 

4. You are also responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply if you are purchasing outside the USA.

I'm not responsible for unexpected shipping delays due to customs, as sometimes this can add weeks to an estimated shipping time!! ESPECIALLY IN THE AGE OF COVID!!!

AND NO, I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT FALSELY CLAIM YOUR PURCHASE A "GIFT" BECAUSE THAT IS SUPER ILLEGAL!!!

 

5. Shipping times are listed as BUSINESS DAYS.

That means SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, and any OBSERVED HOLIDAYS (aka days that the United States Post Office is closed) do not count in the total shipping estimates!! I do my best to ship items ASAP, but please understand that I am not Amazon Prime, ok?

 

6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

I generally do not accept returns or exchanges for any products.

I put in a lot of effort to show you clear and accurate representations of all sizes, colors, angles, and features of each listing. Shop responsibly and read the full descriptions before you buy.

HOWEVER, IF YOUR PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE contact me within 3 days of receiving your package with clear photographs of the damage and we will negotiate an appropriate response to the situation.

These will be handled on a case-by-case basis. I package my products with absolute care and caution but I've seen some extreme abuse by postal companies. However, IF YOU OPT *OUT* OF AN INSURED SHIPPING OPTION I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND YOU!

 

7. All of my work is created in a smoke-free home environment. However, I do have a cat, and I cannot guarantee your package to be 100% free of dander or a stray cat hair.

If you have severe allergies I do not recommend ordering from my shop as I cannot 100% eliminate that risk at this time, so sorry! :(

 

8. I'm not responsible for any injuries sustained through careless use of my products. 

Including but not limited to unsupervised play by children or allowing pets easy access to them. Most of my work is intended for decoration only, and for ages 14+.

 

    9. I will only use your shipping and billing address, and contact information

    • To communicate with you about your order
    • To fulfill your order
    • For legal reasons (like paying taxes)

    10. I reserve the right to refuse (and refund) any orders for any reason. 

    Although this happens infrequently, rudeness, harassment, or known abuse of other handmade shops are a few examples of reasons I may refuse an order. So treat others how you would like to be treated, remember that I am a human-being with feelings, and be patient and you'll have nothing to worry about.
